The tab on the right edge, and what a report sends.
Something broke, or something is just wrong enough to bother you. The Report a bug tab sits on the right edge of the screen. Click it, describe what happened, and send. That is the whole ceremony.
A good report says what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. "Printing a two-set list cut off the encore" beats "printing is broken" by a comfortable margin. You can attach a screenshot, and you can include your email if you want a reply. Both are optional.
Along with your message, a report carries the practical context a fix needs: the app version, the page you were on, your macOS and browser details, your screenshot if you attached one, and an anonymous install token so we can tell ten reports from one very persistent one. It does not send your songs, lyrics, setlists, or anything else from your library. Sending needs an internet connection; the report lands at [email protected].
Setcraft is a Mac app for working musicians: build setlists, print them big enough to read from the kit, and keep every song your band plays in one place. Download it free for 30 days.
