From the download to the first launch.
Setcraft ships as a single Mac app. Open the disk image you downloaded, drag Setcraft onto the Applications folder, and you are done. Drag it to Applications rather than running it from the disk image, so updates and backups have somewhere stable to live.
The first time you open it, macOS may ask whether you are sure, because the app came from the internet. Setcraft is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so a plain double-click should open it. If macOS is being cautious, right-click the app and choose Open once, and it will trust it from then on.
Your data lives on your Mac, in your Library's Application Support folder under Setcraft. It is yours, it is local, and it is not tied to your email or your license. The cloud is not holding your setlist hostage.
Any Mac running macOS 12 Monterey or newer. That is the whole list.
There are two downloads, and you want the one that matches your Mac. Apple menu → About This Mac tells you which you have. If it says Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4, take the Apple Silicon download. If it says Intel, take the Intel download. The download page selects the right one for you, so this only matters if you are saving the file to install on a different Mac later.
Taking the wrong one is not harmful, it simply will not open. Download the other one and it will work.
